This finely finished full-scale gut-renovation was executed on a swift timetable for a couple eager to transition from their grand Westmount house into easy and luxurious apartment living. EJM2 seized on several creative ideas in order to maximize the home’s light and space, including moving ventilation in order to raise ceiling heights and open up the floor plan. The finishes chosen for the space in this landmark Westmount building include walnut floors, marble surfaces, and fine fixtures.
